I don't know about Top-10, but my favorite video game soundtrack is the score for Final Fantasy IX. I'm not sure if I prefer the soundtrack for Kingdom Hearts or KH2, I like them both a lot. The score for Lord of the Rings: Battle for Middle-Earth was also enjoyable, with some songs composed by Howard Shore and some had been specially composed for the game, and the new tracks kept the LotR feel very well.

Silent Hill 3, Metal Gear Solid 1, and Shadow of the Collosus are pretty rad.
