[A] The Return of FullMetalFreak!

Hey everyone! I've been away for a while, cause my computer kind of exploded...o_o; But I recently got it fixed, and finally get to come back here. n_n I dont usually draw in MSPaint, but the night before last we had two tornados in my area, so I had to stay downstairs and had a lot of free time. So I drew my first MSPaint pic. xD It's my original character Hikaru. Hope you guys like it. Comments and crits are GREATLY appreciated.
