I've only read issue one and I loved it. What are they up to now, anyway? I need to catch up.
The last issue was #4. As of Amazing Spider-Man #535, Spider-Man has officially changed sides and is now against the Superhero Registration Act.

My favourite comic is Howard the Duck, followed by Wolverine. The story arc in Wolverine about Geist I really enjoyed, but even better are the story arcs about his past and his memory implants.
