which edition of the DMC do you think has the best Music overall?

I liked the music in the first one.

Devil May Cry 1 probably had the best music of the series. But to be honest I'm going to go against all the critics and say that I really enjoyed the rock music in the third one. It just fit the game's style and mood really well.

I liked Number 2's music.

It had such mysteriousness in its music. it was sublime.

edit: cept Dante's and Trish's battle themes sucked.
