How Do You Pronounce FuSoYa?

Personally I pronounce it Foo - Soy - Uh.

I pronounce it Fu (Fooh) So (So as in Soul) Ya (Yah).

フースーヤ。

Foo-soo-yah.

Foo-soy-ah.

Or just "Space Tella"

Fuh-Soy-Ah

Then why isn't it spelled FuSuYa in english?

Because FFIV was originally translated by three Japanese guys with a highly tenuous grasp of the English language. And because the guys who re-translated it for the PlayStation and GBA were too spineless to set things right afterwards.

I pronounce his name Foo-soy-yah.
