So what time do you go to bed? Why do you go to bed at that time? Is it even healthy going to be at that time? What do you think is a healthy time to go to bed?
I've been going to bed at around 1am-2am lately, and I'm trying to get in the habbit of going to bed at 10:30pm instead. It's pretty hard to get back into that routine but I feel it's a lot more healthy to wake up early and get moving with a good night sleep.

It's only 11:00 AM here. :P
I tell myself to go to bed at 11:00, but I never actually do until 12:00 or 12:30.
On a side note, I HATE people who bitch about being tired because they're too irresponsible to go to bed at a decent time.

I sleep when I feel too tired to continue being awake.

It's 9.30 PM my time. So I ain't sleeping that early.

On week days I go to bed around 12:00-12:30 AM. It's totally random in the weekends, though. I only get around 6 hours of sleep everyday and so I should really go to bed earlier, but I usually cannot sleep if I do so :eep:

11pm. Although I usually wind up asleep at midnight.
Weekends, however, I am usually in bed around 3am, sometimes I don't sleep, sometimes 6am, etc.etc.

I'll usually go to bed around 12:30-1:00 AM.

On weekdays usually before 10:30pm. On weekends any time, really.

12am - 1:00am, sometimes 1:30am on weekdays. To be honest, I stay up to talk to my girlfriend. It probably isn't that healthy because I have to be to work at 7am but it really doesn't matter to me. I feel tired for the first few hours of the day and then I'm good. If I feel tired after work, I take a nap. No complaining about it at all.
Weekends have me going to bed around 3am, especially now that I have World of Warcraft, even though I don't like admitting that fact. It doesn't really matter. 3am - 11am, sometimes noon is a good enough sleep time for me.
I do have slight medical problems that usually prevent me from going to bed. Mild insomnia and semi-painful back problems prevent me from getting comfortable. Usually I stay up until I am too tired to bother and then literally pass out.

Weekdays anytime between 11 and 1 on average, though I should be going to bed around 10:30ish. Weekends is anybody's guess.

I don't like going to bed early, but it feels wonderful when I do go to bed before midnight. Usually I end up going to bed around 3AM or 4AM. If I have work the next morning, hopefully I'm in bed by 1AM.

Most often anytime after 12:00am, sometimes before hand. That is when I go to bed, when I go to sleep is another matter. I usually am up from a half hour to couple of hours after I go to bed (regardless of time).

I go to sleep like 1000 pm, but when theres fullmoon 1-4 hours before I fall asleep.
