Close enough. You might find some answers here.
Endings and mid game cutscenes arent quite... but oh well ._.
a CK will most likely agree with you.
Yea, this might not be the beginning or end, but starcraft had great cutscenes during every so missions.
But in starcraft brood war, had an excellent opening ^ ^
my favorite was the kingdom hearts 2 opening it was kinda random but i enjoyed it.
Nah, this thread can stay open. It's not really similar at all to that other topic. An introduction to a game doesn't have to be an FMV, it can be anything, really.
I like the mood in the introduction to FF7. Midgar and that beautiful music. I guess that has a fair bit to do with nostalgia too. :p The introduction scene to KH was also pretty neat.
The Beginning scene in Legend Of Dragoon. It was the shiznit.
Come on. The opening to Final Fantasy VIII. Honestly.
final fantasy 8 opening, fact! its on wikipedia if i could only find the link!
Final Fantasy 8
Final Fantasy X (Coolio music!)
Final Fantasy X2
Legend of Dragoon
Koudelka
Shadow Hearts 2
Final Fantasy VIII, Vagrant Story, or Final Fantasy XII.
Ever since I saw it for the first time I have loved the intro FMV of SoulBlade. The intro FMVs of the two sequels are also great. The one for Tekken 5 is also very enjoyable.
There are numerous Final Fantasy intros that I like e.g.: Final Fantasy VIII, Final Fantasy X and such. The ones for both Kingdom Hearts games are awesome too.
Final Fantasy VII, Final Fantasy VIII and Final Fantasy X, of course. :p
Oh, and Ico's intro was also quite good. No music, no spoken audio, but incredibly moody. It sets the scene perfectly, and is very well executed. Come to think of it, I don't think it's actually an FMV, but I can't remember - it's been that long since I played the game.
