Just touch the stones using Square, and Qactuars will appear in random encounters.
the stones have to be glowing in order for u to examine them btw. u can activate 3 altogether, and it corresponds to how many quactuars u get in a battle, so with 1 stone theres one in a battle, 2 stones gives u 2, and 3 gives u 3.

Also one more thing Is it possible to get cactauer as an aeon????????????Ive heard you can but dont know if its true??
