GameStop stopped taking PSX and N64 games on trade on 6/1/06. If they did have a copy floating around, the price would be $29.99.

For some reason, FFVII seems to be in pretty hight demand these days, especially for how many copies were produced. Its seems to go for about $60-80 for the black label ver. on ebay. My local Gamers store had a green label one a few months ago for $50 with a broken case and worn out manual. Contrarily, VIII - X can be bought brand new for about $10-15 apiece.
