Wanna know something funny. I heard that here in COnnecticut someone got shot over a PS3 at Walmart.

Well, I agree with the guy at the end of the video. It's a gaint waste of money and a PS3.

It's amusing but also a total waste.

It reminds me of the guy who was doing that "I'll smash my old apple if you guys give me enough moneys for a new one!" when the old one could just be, say, donated to charity.

So it's good mindless entertainment, but there could have been a lot better uses for all that money.

Those guys increased the hype and demand for PS3s, Joel. They helped Sony out. :love:

Nothing funnier than muggings and shootings, that's for sure.

I've never found the "SmashMy[insert new thing]" videos to be all that funny or great or anything. It's just a waste of money that could have been used for something worthwhile.

That was a sweet costume though.

The guys an idiot.

He probably had more fun smashing it than actually playing after all the launch title flops I witnessed. Although Resistance Fall of Man looks almost on par in the field of awesomeness as Half Life 2.
