ever played this ps1 classic? a lovely 4 disc rpg! (nearing the end of disc 3 atm, after picking it up again from stopping 2 years ago)
I hated it.
oh...
I gave up after I walked into a door or something and ended up fighting a boss of FOUR SMALL EYES.
I never played it, but I specifically remember seeing it at my Gamestop a few years back. I always wondered if I should pick it up or not.
Questions:
-Give me an honest opinion: Is it any good?
-Who are the developers?
-How's the story.
-How's the fighting system?
I've been trying to expand my RPG collection, hence all the questions.
HAHA they were'nt exactly difficult really :D
i think its quite good
Infograms and SNK
The story is alright (monestary with strange undead monsters, and mutant things, along with strange happenings)
i like the fighting system - a battle floor, with a movement system (only allowed to move to certain squares) but with FF style abilities, and attributes
i think koudelka is a great game. im only on disc 1 and im stuck right now but its a real neat gothic style rpg. its kinda the prequel to shadow hearts i guess and shadow hearts is my favorite series so yea i really like koudelka.
I like this game.
The cutscences, and characters really got me into it.
I think I still got it, now that you reminded me about it I want to play it again.
I liked Shadow Hearts a lot more.
ive never even heard of shadow hearts
I disliked Shadow Hearts as well, but then again, I only played the first game, the other two are better factually it seems.
Shadow Hearts is another RPG from the same creators of Koudelka.
Shadow Hearts is somewhat like a sequel to Koudelka, or Koudelka can be called a prequel to Shadow Hearts, although the connection to it is not as strong as the connection between the other games.
If you like Koudelka you should definitely try Shdaow Hearts.
oh that looks good, but i probs wont be able to get my hands on it
