I'm usin dos by the way.
This is an excellent game. It was the first solo I did (on the NES version).
Unlike Fighter, BB, and solo Thief (Which you may as well do instead of ever doing Thief/Ninja, since after reaching level "Holy Hell" to kill the Wizards, Astos and Lich, you're better off going for the golden challenge) - There's more to the game than just clicking and fighting.
And Unlike WM (Which I've never done, because it's probably harder than solo Thief. Not WW, of course, who learns FADE, but wm...) and BM, your RM won't run out of magic with a Silver Sword.
Of all the solos, it's the easiest, but it's still very challenging, and very worth doing.
Edit: Oh, And by FAR the most fun.
By choosing to use a Red Mage you win automatically. Congratulations.
