No Milk?!
Hello,
I have not made a thread in awhile so here goes.
This morning I woke up and felt like eating Cocoa Krispies!
So I got myself a bowl and put everything inside but when I opened the fridge, there was no milk! :[
Then I was sad because I had no breakfast because breakfast without milk is no breakfast at all!
So the topic of the thread is, what is/are the essential ingrediant/s (something that you really can't have the meal without) to some of your daily meals?

Rice for almost every meal. xD I can deal without it, but it just wouldn't be the same.

I need bread, usually. Or water.
You wouldn't believe that water can be hard to come by.

Pepper, and soy milk are essentials.
Cow milk is nasty.

ketchup or barbecue sauce for a good amount of stuff.

butter.
something to drink to wash whatever it is down.
also, I'm weird in that I don't put milk on my cereal. I prefer it dry. Just putting that out there.

I'm lost if I don't have some kind of pasta/pasta sauce on hand.

Sugar. Need something sweet with every meal or I cry

I can't have ramen without a lot of Tabasco sauce. :(

Soda. Root beer, if possible.
And if you're out of milk, use hot chocolate; doesn't need milk, (just hot water), and it goes great with chocolate cereal!
