You can buy the 'ra' after in Eruyt Village after (SPOILER)Henne Mines.
You should be at least level 25 when you reach Eruyt Village if you want to survive next dungeon, go and train more in the jungle. Do you train your reserve?
The lowest level you'll want to try fighting an optional Esper is 30 but higher level is recommended.
i recomend the esper zalera in the barhiam passage(when your higher)i completly owned this guy so easily i was dissapointed.it was only 15 or 20 hits and hes dead.
