I used "Hardcore Falafel" as a display name for a long time on MSN. :p Falafel just has a cool ring to it. It's a fried Arab food usually served in/as a sandwich.

Again your knowledge of things that I know nothing about leaves me staggering in my own dumbfounded-ness and makes me realize I need to just sit around someday and read all of wikipedia to finally be knowledgeable.

I just made falafels today. ^^

The ones I made were from ground chickpeas and seasoning. You make it into a paste and then you deep fry it in oils till the outside is a crispy brown. It's a greek food; and what you do is you put it in a pita with tzatziki sauce, pickled turnip, lettuce, tabuli, tomato and carrot.

It's yummy ^___________________^
