My sneezes are quite loud. There've been a few times where I actually scared people with my sneezing.
I make the windowpanes rattle.
Kinda loud. But not so loud I scare people. :D
My sneezes aren't loud, but they are certainly a full-body experience. My husband insists there's something wrong with me.
People think I exaggerate my sneezes. I sneeze really loud.
Excessively loud.
They aren't loud, but I do look like I'm giving birth through my nose when I do it. I go for a nice, quality sneeze over volume.

Really super freaking loudly. It's kind of embarrassing really. Especially since I'm a walking bundle of allergies and chronic sinus issues so I sneeze several times a day, no matter where I am.
People ask me how such a loud noise can come out of someone so small... xP
I have a friend who told me a story of a sneeze he did in public that also involuntary forced out a fart right after it. He got the public's attention with his sneeze and he wowed them with his flatulents.
I sneeze very quietly.
I don't sneeze.
