You fight him three times. The first of which is somewhere in the middle of Disc One
He's also involved in a sidequest you can do in Wutai.
leader of the turks. you fight him just before sector 7 goes bye bye.
He's not the leader. Tseng is. Reno is more of the mascot if anything, and of the grunt base turks he's the most leader of them out of Elena and Rude. As he's just more charismatic and more experienced then Elena, and probably about the same amount of experience as Rude, but Rude is too quiet to really become much of a leader anyways.
Reno is in there a lot actually. He's my favorite Turk. :love: You probably just couldn't regonize him cuz of the bad graphics. :p
He also produced some funny conversations.
"And don't step on the flowers."
"But sir you just trampled all over them!"
"Thier completely ruined now!!!"
That's also where you first meet him, in the church.
I'm not sure I understand. How could you forget the best character in the game?

reno has some of the funniest and most meorable lines in the game. you've either skipped a lot of text or just not played the game in a long time.
