I'm quite a bit further than that and it's still always rainy and destroyed.
Just beat the game today, (:D) and it always seems to be rainy, and I like it. Reminds me of Burmecia (FFIX).
Defeat Fafnir. The plot there will finally be resolved.
What about Phon coast ? It used to be sunny, now it is cloudy and gray :(
