Looking for a font

Hey, wondered if anyone can help. My dad had a font called Victorian LET. He used it for looaads of stuff. Well then he had to reinstall his comp or something and he's lost it, and can't remember where it came from. I've looked and I guess it's not a free font but...maybe it came with some program. If anyone can send me it, that would be really great.

It's not on dafont, it's not a free font, but I don't want to buy it. It came with microsoft works, we think possibly, but can't find the disc for that. My dad is gonna go onnn about it. -__- thanks anyway :)
