hdqr - legit?

I didn't find anything previously posted.
Found a site for purchasing cd keys for pc games. Has anyone dealt with this
site? It seems legit enough, but I haven't been able to find any reviews or
anything about it.

Seems to be hosted overseas, since the grammar is off on a lot of the pages.

Seeing that they only sell CD keys, I would say it looks less than legitimate.
A CD key itself is not a software license.

I don't know whether the site's legal or not, but I wouldn't trust them either way.
