after the scene where that one guy with long black hair talks to the city AKA makes a speech, does anyone know where to go on afterwards? :( my sister really needs help on what or where to go and do next?
She needs to speak with Old Dalan. He lives in Lowtown. The easiest way to get to him (SPOILER)is to go to the southern entrance of Rabanastre. There is an entrance to lowtown their (check your map) Old Dalan can be located through the first door to your left as you enter.
