Challenge

i remember a similar thread, but i cant find it so ill ask

i started out playing through without changing weapons, using items, materia, and the only way to heal is in-the-story heals or limit breakes

i have started to use items, but just those you find(not buying) because the motorcycle chase boss and the fly in junon is impossible without items(i had to buy grenades btw)

where is that other thread? there was another dude who did this i think...

it actually makes the game more fun to play

Stick to your rules! You only demean yourself by breaking your own rules.

At this rate you'll be using Materia and Weapons by the time you reach the end.

When doing challenges I'm very strict on the rules I give myself - I think you should be too, if you bend the rules everytime it gets hard it really does defeat the object of the challenge.

So, set yourself some rules. Stick to them. k? :rolleyes2

You never know if a challenge is possible until you try. Except really stupid ones, like no action.
