They're mostly bots or some mumbojumbo.
Do you really want some of these people joining? We may end up with another Devil Man. I think they should stay lurkers and leave us alone.
I just don't want another corncracker....

If we opened the flood gates of the forum for the lurkers we'd be overrun with the noobs and it would result in several admins dying brutally.
Right now there are very few Lurkers compared to the search bots. Still a lot of lurkers, but this is a popular place. :)
