Okay, so eight people sent their FULL SETS of votes through afterwards. Which basically I couldn't resist accepting.

Bad news! MORE TIES. Even more than before. Dammit, people... I'll be sending out PMs to random people asking for them to help break the ties.
Highwind awards are STILL tied, because the staff seem to be sending their votes in pairs and equally voting for the same two people every time. Not sure how that'll work out, but hoping for a rogue staffer to help force through a winner for each.
