I was thiiinking Jowy for The Hound, but he could work as Robb.
If Jowy is going to be Robb, then perhaps Sephex for the Hound? I can't remember what Sephex looks like, but I think he's a metalhead so the look of the Hound reflects that pretty well. Also, totally underrated character as far as I'm concerned.
EDIT: Also, GB for Gendry? I find it kind of fitting given that Gendry has, at the beginning, no clue who he actually is. GB, meanwhile, has posted in this thread stating that he has no clue about GoT... so would have no clue who he actually is. ;)
Mirage is The Hound. You never can be totally sure whether he's a good guy or bad guy. You want to think he's good, but...
