This was technically Saturday, but had to post because it was delicious Cuban food... Had this for din din. It's called Vaca Frita.

Then afterward had some sangria at a friend's place whilst we played Mario Kart 8 and I did horribly. Definitely need to purchase a Wii U and get back in the hang of things. For brunch I made myself egg whites and turkey bacon.

Holiday thus far...
Saturday
Some chicken curry with rice for breakfast, with a croissant and orange juice.
Cheeseburger and fries with a Southern Comfort.
Chicken with chilli and holy basil leaf with steamed rice.
Sunday
Ham and cheese omelette with grilled potato, with a croissant and orange juice.
Breaded fish and fries with a Southern Comfort followed by a strawberry and orange ice cream sundae.
Satay chicken skewers, Chicken/garlic/onion/peppers in wonton wrappers with Thai dipping sauce, butterfly fried snapper with one half chunky sweet & sour sauce, the other half garlic & pepper sauce, followed by a strawberry and orange juice ice cream sundae. 3x Southern Comforts.
Monday
Ham and cheese omelette with bacon and sausages, with a croissant and orange juice.
Breaded chicken strips with a Southern Comfort.
Tonight I'll be having chicken satay skewers, thai red curry chicken with steamed rice, pineapple fritters and probably a few Southern Comforts.
Living the good life while we can!

Had an omelette for breakfast, and some scrambled eggs with bacon as a post gym refill. Currently making hamburgers for dinner. Will polish the day off with some fruits and yoghurt for dessert.

For lunch I have finally done this "five a day" thing that we're all meant to do, with an apple, banana, some cucumber, strawberries and orange juice. I know vegetables are meant to be healthier than fruit but this is pretty good for me.
Time to go eat unhealthy crap for dinner because I'm bloody starving now!

In a recent effort to eat more veggies and more iron enriched foods, I had this.
Brunch: Raisin Brunch
Lunch: Hash browns with nearly unsweetended lemon ice tea
Dinner: A huge salad with romaine lettuce, black beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, avocado, apples, purple potatoes, grilled seasoned chicken, and a tortilla shell that's actually kind of sweet. Absolutely delicious! Needs less avocado and much corn though. I can do without avocado in general.

Mixed fruit salad and lots of water. I have a nice Sainsbury's triple sandwich meal deal for lunch though and I'm already hungry. It makes me sad that it is still 4 hours and 25 minutes till my lunch :(

Currently eating homemade char sui pork with this funky Chinese purple sweet potato. Very delicious. :D

Chopped, seasoned chicken on a bed of sauteed onions and mushrooms, topped with avocado and jack cheese with a white russian. :3 So good!

So far I had cereal, cheeseburger, and potato chips.

Breakfast: egg whites (the croissant was inedible :()
Lunch: leftover black beans and Spanish rice with a bit of tartar sauce on it (I had this as a side with my fish lunch)
Dinner: string beans, tofu (yes it's disgusting but my stomach is being weird lately so I have to eat healthier), soba noddles
Dessert: gluten-free banana muffin (I had this before my dinner)

Tea and toast. Now for some fruit.
Need some energy for for my first Friday at my normal job in 5 years.
