Got caught up watching a movie. The three main Parties in question were Gruntface, Goku and wizzyboo as they have all been registered with the same IP. The verdict on these three accounts are as follows:

With regards to Gruntface - He is an active member of the forums, so his vote is counted
With regards to GokuMan - His only contribution to the forum to date is to vote in this thread. His entry is disqaulified
With regards to wizzyboo- Despite his low post count, he has made contributions to the forum outside of this poll. Therefore his vote is counted

This means that the final score is

Final Fantasy X-2 = 26 Votes
Final Fantasy IX = 27 Votes

So Final Fantasy IX proceeds to the next round.

For those interested. had I opted to disqualify Wizzyboo as well and it was a tiebreaker, FFIX still would have won as it had triple the nominations that FFX-2 had.
