I saw this and wondered who had the most all-time votes in the Ciddies. After checking through the Ciddies for the past four or so years (I think we've had about eight Ciddies so far), this is the overall tally...

Sita strongly in front despite not being around for the more recent Ciddies which have had more votes than ever before - not bad. :) All wonderful contendors, though.
Samuraid and I are looking to revamp the FanArt section on Eyes on Final Fantasy as it's quite old right now, and needs reworking. One of the things I'm hoping to get put up is a section for Recognised Artists, where the best of the best artists such as black orb, *angel tears* and co can put their stuff up. But that might take days or months before it goes live - still, something I felt I may as well post about.
Good luck to the final four in the competition. :) If you're still accepting votes for this... I guess I'll send in mine now.

I've only been to the fanart sec a few times. There don't seem to be any new additions. Either that, or all the new simply resembles the old. I'd visit more often if I could draw my own fanart. Unfortunately, I've got idle hands when it comes to drawing.
Okay, so this thing has been here a good enough while for me to get votes from anyone who was interested in voting.
black orb (from my tally of the votes) is clearly going to be the winner no matter who else decides later they want to vote. To keep this going would mean waiting around for a handful of random members to vote for black orb as there's no doubt they will.
On Shadow Bahamut's behalf, I would like to thank all participants who took the time to take part in and submit their artwork to this tournament. You are all exceptionally skilled in this most visually pleasing craft. Hasta luego.

Congrats to all the artists. I think everybody deserves a hearty pat on the back for this one. I felt a little bit left out because I dropped out so early in the tourney, too busy with other stuff. (That and I didn't even get enough time to vote for the others, sorry everyone ^^;;;)
Anyway I'm hoping we get more participants and voters the next time around. Again, congratulations!
Perhaps next time the artists should be given the right to vote (for anyone other than themselves) as it seems that the artists are pretty much the only ones interested.
