Well I skimmed much of this..(why did you have to get a good thread going whilst I was down at state?!).
Anyways... it seems some people are saying death is worse then Rape of any kind. Now that depends on what way you look at it. I view it the same as is torture worse then death? That is very close to what it is.. cept rape doesn't always have its max bad effect(some people get over it alot easier, etc). So I view it as worse crime to commit then death.. though if I could pick which to suffer through i would pick the torture. I have this ego that says I have a strong enough Iron will to survive any type of mental test.
Rape, child molestation, etc... attacks a person's spirit and soul as well as thier body and the spirit and soul of thier friends and family.. While murder is also bad, at least it only targets the persons body though it does attack the spirit and soul of freinds and family too.
That doesn't mean I am for the killing off of them. However the time I took studying psyc stated that most psychologists aggree that once a sex offender you will almost always do it again sometime in your life.(80% chance).
That link that is posted.. is interesting.. but since it doesn't tell you what the treatment is(that or I missed it.. as I said I skimmed much of what was in this thread) nor do I recognize the source or see anything that makes it irrefutable.. it is just that.. interesting. I still trust mine more cause... well I know them to be decent sources.
I wouldn't be totally against the use of them in medical experiments as long as they followed basic rules(such as how we use lab animals now.. there are some laws to prevent some really out there stuff, though I don't know how effective they are). You see we could then possibly find a cure for them... see you gotta have an actual source to easily find a cure... and the ones that weren't in that section could be used to advance other forms of science. Course life in prison untill we can prove to the public beyond a doubt that he/she is cured would be fine as well.

this thread has been morphed into something almost as disgusting as child molestation (hyperbole) and I think we've beaten the argument to death. Cloud No 9, you should make a new thread to discuss Mengele if you like. It would be a good starting point for a new thread seeing how this one is finished.
