Due to the fire (investigation pending), half our stock of chocobo eggs has been destroyed. Therefore, our famous omelets are now double price until further notice. We apologize to our patrons for the inconvenience.

NEWS FLASH!!!
Miriel has murdered Loony BoB. The death occurred after BoB walked in on Miriel and one Sexy McAwesome. The three of them reportedly dragged a fight down the stairs into the middle of the restaurant. It was unclear what the argument began with, however there was much shouting about some kind of evil plot. Miriel shot at BoB before he could reveal any further. Del Murder allegedly was trying to calm the situation down when the firing occurred, and had flung himself into the line of fire just a second too early, falling flat on his face a moment before Miriel fired the shot. Some people say he was valiantly defending his gang member, some say he was just trying to save his own butt as he thought Sexy McAwesome was about to fire at him. Others say he tripped.

I shall dedicate part of my busy schedule into hunting down Miriel myself. I cannot allow such a crazed murderer run amok.

My fellow Fat Chocobos:

I do not lie when I say my first reaction to this heinous incident is to just kick the crap out of Miriel, or Sexy, or any other Shumi. But then I was reminded by myself, "We are not thugs! We are not petty gangs! We are the Fat Chocobos!" And against my bitter feelings, I have decided to resolve this the Fat Chocobo manner. Del Murder and I will open discussions with the Shumi leaders on this matter, and we will discuss penances and the fate of the Shumis involved in this tragedy.

I must also remind all Chocobos and Shumis about our relationships (most notably Del and Miriel), and to exercise judgement before acting rashly. Thank you.

But I promise to cease hostilities with the rats with wings if you agree to ally yourselves against the Judges as well as that pesky Rasin character.

I appreciate the extension of the olive branch, although we will not take any hostile stance towards any group unless struck first, and the Judges and Namingway's has not done anything as of yet (unless they were responsible for the fire in the restaurant).
