I saw that the first time too (balloon), so it must be the plumber.

Well Jones said there were 20 kids, and the clown said there were like 50!

But I think Jones' neighbor did it. He says my kid had a birthday today, and the clown seems to think he had more than one child.

I am ignoring the balloon thing for now :)

Also, how did Jones know the clown's name?
