Allow me to tell you how much better off you are skipping Invisible War with a short story.
A few years ago I saw that invisible War was on sale for $2.50 on Steam. Now I'd heard all of the talk about how bad it was, but surely it'd be worth $2.50? I mean come on, how could a game be that bad and not at least be worth it because it's that bad?
I managed to play for an hour before I couldn't stand playing it any more. And even though I paid $2.50 I felt freaking ripped off.
I just beat BioShock Infinite a second time and now I'm going through my first playthrough of Dishonored. It's... interesting. It's like if Thief and Skyrim had a child, but Assassin's Creed could also possibly be the father, and the child is slightly retarded, and that's just what I get from the first mission. We'll see how it turns out.
Protip:(SPOILER)Use Agni & Rudra against them, they hate fire.
Thats usually what i do, but i dont pack agni and rudra in the bloody palace so thats not an option.
(SPOILER)
I have 2 strats depending on patience.
My first is to get one isolated and pacify the others with the camera, and wail on him in DT. I then taunt, and repeat the process. If i cant pacify, then i just try my best to dodge and counter the others.
if im feeling patient i bounce around the stage as trickster 3 and enemy-hop so i can stay in the air nearly forever. I use ebony and ivory and occasionally take hits with rebellion and DT whenever i feel like it or need some hp regen to heal some stray damage.
In normal play it usually involves agni and rudra and some jump-cancel practice.
After all this time, I'm starting to play through the Xenosaga games again, currently on the first game, not quite to the Elsa yet!
Kingdom Hearts Final Mix HD, Tomb Raider, Atelier Ayesha.
Because I apparently wasn't masochistic enough already when it comes to 100% completion, I've taken it upon myself to get to 10th prestige in Call of Duty: World at War to get the final achievement in that game. Keep in mind that the game is absolutely infested with hackers now, so I have to resort to boosting to get the achievement without getting my rank reset or some other nonsense happening. Luckily, I have Fire Emblem: Awakening to break up the tedium, and I'm loving every minute of it.
I've also dabbled around a bit in Battlefield 3, where I've finished the campaign and am about halfway done with the cooperative missions on the highest difficulty. I'm also currently going through Max Payne 3 a bit by bit on Hard. While the multiplayer is forgettable trash, I'm quite enjoying the single player so far. I'm not looking forward to beating New York Minute Hardcore, though; that's going to be one of the toughest challenges I've taken up in a video game.
as predicted DMC3 does not work on my pc.
it does start up, the screen go's black to start the game, and then it just says it doesnt work anymore..
good thing my BF will be here tomorrow, maybe he can fix it :o
Just finished up FF Tactics, that should hold me for the next six months on that particular title.
Side note: smurfing feel victorious after killing off both forms of Altima in under sixty seconds. Two Flares from a summoner with quick charge+3 attacks from Haste enhanced ninja/time mage main character+ two holy explosions from T.G Cid=massive victory.
I'll probably end up playing Oblivion again or maybe a run through of FFIX next.
Bioshock got a little stale so I've started Tomb Raider. May already be in Shantytown. May have 100% of the collectibles so far.
Whoops!
Oh ho ho it's time for the new Victoria 2 expansion, A Heart of Darkness! :hyper: Been playing it for hours, it's great.
i've not managed to play a game in ages cos my ps3 is at home and i'm all far away and stuff
but pretty soon i plan on playing AC3, getting into the god of war series and maybe even the witcher
Final Fantasy III remake
Hyne battle was so disappointing. My geomancer totally ignored the Barrier Shift and I did not even use a scholar.. or maybe I just got lucky.
FINAL FANTASY X
IF YOU DON'T LIKE THIS GAME, YOU ARE WRONG
Alpha Centauri, all of the time, forever.
I have never stopped playing this game since it came out in '99 and am strongly considering an Alpha Centauri tattoo. Because why not. The thing about Alpha Centauri that makes it one of gamings defining moments isn't the part where it was the pinnacle of Sid Meier Simulation games (I could see someone making a case for Civ5), for me, that thing is the writing. Every single word in Alpha Centauri has been carefully crafted. It seems abundantly clear to me that before making an amazing simulation, they sat in a room for months and wrote amazing hard science fiction. I wish more games had learned a lesson and been narrative first.
Not a fan of Civ V myself, when I think of the best 4X games of all time I think it's a tossup between SMAC, Civ IV and Master of Orion 2. I'd probably have to give Civ IV the edge for actual game mechanics but when it comes to things like the story, the writing, the technology quotes, and the hard sci-fi then you can't beat SMAC. No game can.
I love MoO1&2, but the writing is so inferior to SMAC. I usually roll base game. The writing in SMAC:AC is really good, but the new factions aren't balanced at all, and ruin the game. What's your faction of choice? I think all non Believers are scum. As someone who rolls deep with Miriam, you better not tell me you play The Hive, or The Spartans.
University for life; Zak and I are sciencebros. I like the Consciousness in SMAX but I agree that I prefer SMAC over its expac. I'm better at playing University anyway, no matter how much I love Aki-Zeta 5.
You best believe I roll Yang erry day :colbert:
(actually I usually go with Aki or Morgan but if I want to fight rather than turtle then it's YANG TIME BABY)
SMITE
I jizzed from epicness.
FFIX, doing a 'do everything' play-through. Wish me luck.
Suikoden Tactics, which has turned out to be a better game than people give it credit for, its even slowly starting to redeem Suikoden IV's story and cast. After this game, I'll probably do a run through of Suikoden V but the Xeno debate in NeoCracker's Greatest games thread has me in the mood to tackle through the Saga series again while I finish up my playthrough of Xenogears.
Link's Awakening DX. I never played any version of this game before for some reason (spoiler: it's because I'm dumb and lazy). Great game.
Final Fantasy X.
It is making me want to play X-2.
Finished FFVII Hardcore a couple days ago which has left me at a bit of a loss for what to play next. Mostly playing CK2 with various mods and Victoria 2. I've also been playing Dark Souls but I'm terrible at it again and might have gimped myself and thus am thinking of restarting.
Anbody try the Star Trek game? Apparently it's really bad. Plus this:
http://i.imgur.com/nOWzCWl.jpg
I'm quite excited about that!
EDIT: Please use EoFF's smileys rather than linking from another site. - Murder
Crash Bash 2 player mode with my friend.
Back to Human Revolution. It's fantastic
Told ya so.
Just finished Tomb Raider a few days ago and I'm onto Dishonored now. The spelling of the title irks me, but the game is all right so far.
LOL @ that Star Trek mess, Nirojan. It's also sad to see an exec game developer with only the "1 year of service" badge on their Steam profile...
I played a bunch of Command & Conquer Generals today, one of my favorite oldies to go back to  There's also still people playing online multiplayer so I'll probably get in on that once I get all that rust off my skills.
And as usual, Dota 2. 2 games, 2 wins is a good night, esp. when I random Puck :D
Still working on my Fire Emblem Awakening Lunatic playthrough. I think I'm overpreparing a bit, but I've only got 5 more characters to buff up before I'm ready to move on to the next chapter (actually the first Xenologue, where I'll pick up Donnel).
Bully. Never played it when it came out so I grabbed it on steam and am loving it so far.
DMC 3.
though im a bit confused with the whole saving thing :S
u can save within the game, but when you restart the game it begins somewhere else.
since every game these days has autosave i forget to save :P
Planning on testing on a Ratchet & Clank: Going Commando speedrun soon.
Wish me luck, this one won't be easy.
My boyfriend is playing the Star Trek free to play online game thing right now. I don't know two squats about it but he seems to enjoy it. /shrug Not my thing.
I am currently playing Theatrhythm, Final Fantasy XIII, Infinite Undiscovery, Digital Devil Saga, Code of Princess, and Ni No Kuno.
...the problem is that I'm so close to beating all of these games. I mean, I'm an hour or two outside of completing any of them but I can't seem to bring myself to end it all.
So I started replaying Chrono Cross. :D I just beat all the Dragon Gods!
Been playing a game called 'Broke college student studying for finals that could be playing Poker Night 2 on steam if he had the money'
if any of you all are feeling generous ;________;
steam id: thatmaysian
feel free to add me either way, I dont mind adding more steam friends on their
SMITE
I unlocked Freya, trout just got more epic.
I had to change Freya's name because I didn't want to subconciously insert Kaycee's voice/personality into each line spoken. xD
Freya / Lekana. Editor at EoFF. :)
Hitman: Absolution and I'm loving it. Feels much smoother than Blood Money and it makes it more immersive, although I don't particularly like that not every mission has a hit. But hey, that's where the contracts mode comes in.
Throwing fire axes FTW.
Playing:
Deus Ex: Human Revolution - making some headway in this game and it's great so far; definitely lives up to the first.
FFX - Love it and I don't care what you tasteless sillies think :mymelbert:
Game Dev Tycoon - This game is a blast  Well worth the $7. Also the devs are trolls.
Started playing Hot Shots Golf 3 on the PS2 recently. Still holds as a fun game.
League of Legends again - hooked on the ARAM mode.
Mark of the Ninja. I've finished all of the achievements except New Game + (which is also the game's hard mode).
This game is a blast. Though I do feel that Path of Might is a little counterintuitive. Why would they give melee combat bonuses in a game where the objective is to avoid melee combat as much as possible? Especially since half of its bonuses are useless in NG+ (due to every enemy being able to one hit kill you), and it has one of the most punishing penalties (no time freeze for focus/item targeting).
I do feel they missed an opportunity for some replayability achievements by giving one for completing each level with each Path. Path of Silence plays way differently than Path of Nightmares or Path of the Hunter.
GTA IV. Still enjoying it so far and I don't remember any of it which is a bonus. We'll see how far I get before I hit that inevitable Rockstar hump and get sick of the game.
Smite
I am so hooked with this game. There was an update that added a new god called Fenrir and soundtrack got better. ;)
Final Fantasy X-2 International
This game is ridiculously fun. The Coliseum allows for so much playing around with the battle system, trying out fiends and overall, it's just a blast. I'm SO looking forward to playing this with an official translation.
The tournaments are great. When you start out, the Regular Cup is way above your level, which results in quite the unexpected death (though no Game Over, thankfully) when all enemies suddenly deal like 90% of your max HP in damage. Of course, once you get Black and White Mage and play around with the Creature Create feature, it's pretty easy and your reward is the Psychic DSP which is my favorite in the entire game.
The later cups are harder than the Via Infinito. Seriously. In Farplane Cup, you regularly fight Trema and Paragon as well as multiple unique enemies, most notably that giant four-headed snake which would make the #1 spot on any Hardest Superboss list were it not for the couple of insanely overpowered combat features that can be abused to hell.
Really recommend trying it when it comes out on PS3, especially if you enjoyed the original FFX-2. The original was just downright fun to play and the International Version multiplies the fun factor.
Red Dead, still. Just entered Escalera for the first time, and witnessed an execution with screaming wife and all. I've played this game many times, but never noticed this because I usually just did shop runs. Love this game. <3
Also, just got the poncho and Henry Repeater, so am totally rocking my signature. :D
Castlevania: Symphony of the Night
I am about 3 hours in and loving it. The intro was cool.
Anybody can tell me how to cast spells? They are impossible for me, even when I enter the right combination.
Ni no Kuni. Finally trying to finish the game! :D
Spent the weekend playing Candy box! because damn you Pike. Luckily I'm pretty much done with it now.
Just replayed The Simpsons Hit & Run. Pure Nostalgia. Anyone who likes The Simpsons and a somewhat GTA3-styled game should give this a try. Has some pretty good music, too.
Also playing Candy Box, but rather passively.
Playing Legend of Legaia. Currently I'm just past the first Mist Generator.
Odd thing, I never got around to beating it. Played in me younger years, and was at the last dungeon, though it was my friends game and he took it back.
This time though I shall finish that last smurfing dungeon!
Still gathering the courage to play Dead Space 2. I'm still stuck between chapter 2 or 3 or 4. And still trying to continue it. Dead Space game was very spooky. And if I think Dead Space is more sinister than Resident Evil.
Playing Tomb Raider and it's better then i tought it would be and it's pretty. I would say it wins over Uncharted.
Final Fantasy IX.
had the same feeling here, but for me it doesnt win over uncharted.
in the beginning i thought: what the hell, this is just NOT tomb raider :(
took me some efford to play the game in the beginning but as i got further i liked it more and more.
Its defenitely worth playing!!
Finals, Projects, Work, and Mother's Day are all conspiring against me to actually play on the consoles, so my eager gaming time is spent on the glorious handhelds where I'm playing through Suikoden 1 (at Neclord's castle) and going back to playing Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey which has largely taken over my soul and may have to be kicked out of the DS so I can get some work done... :(
I'm on track to beat Deus Ex: Human Revolution any day now (would be sooner but work is burying me in shifts right now) and then I am moving on to the Fallout series. I also have to play La Mulana because a friend gave it to me about a week back and I feel bad for not touching it yet.
Castlevania: Symphony of the Night
I "finished" the game and the ending was quite lacking. (SPOILER)After doing some research, I found out that the game was only halfway done. Now I am in the inverted castle and I feel lost. D:
I am trying out Skies of Arcadia
Back on Dark Souls. Me... so happy.
Re: Chain of Memories HD.
Picked up Minecraft again since they added 'The End' to it. I like the better blocks and slight upgrades they've made, adds to the experience.
Just finished Legend of Legaia!
I must say, this game wraps up WAY to neatly.
The villain is dead! Everyone is happy in rebuilding! The rather irellevant side character of your fathers legs are healed for some reason! The evil Cort who was behind everything and had shown not a single redeeming quality the whole game gets a second chance at life! And you can get together with your child hood sweet heart! Or if you choose not to, not to worry cause she will happily marry Ixis instead! And no longer with the Seru who were your companions for the whole game? Let's just not show anyone missing them or anything! Happy happy sunshine!
Still a fun game though. :p
Still Castlevania:SOTN
Just got lucky and found Crissaegrim, the weapon is so overpowered that I refused to use it after leaving the library.
Just beat DE:HR. I didn't like any of the endings as much as the Helios ending in the original Deus Ex but the post-credits scene and the subsequent playing of the Deus Ex theme was a very nice touch.
I have started the original Fallout and am having a blast so far :jess:
The Ultimate Vault Hunter upgrade in Borderlands 2 has kept me entertained many hours.
>>> Z.H.P. Unlosing Ranger VS Darkdeath Evilman. A torturing game indeed, but super baby is just too cute and I want to save her :D..:luca:
Just finished Hitman: Absolution. It's a gem, really well done :greenie:
The sims.
now that they have infinite money and no work they are really happy!
Bert, the man of the familie is on his way becomming a famous country singer.
and i managed to raise 1 baby without some1 trying to steal it. now im raising a 2nd baby
Finished The Last Story. I thought the combat was dumb at first, but it actually wasn't that bad, if a little simplistic. Upgrading weapons and equipment was fun and the magic system was different at least. My main gripe was with the characters. Zael was ok for a generic hero, but Calista was one of the biggest nothingburgers I've ever seen in an RPG. She was completely dull and cliche. I did enjoy some of the other main party, particularlly Syrenne and Yurick. The story itself was pretty uneventful though the twist with the last boss shook things up a bit. The game was particularly short for a JRPG and had a very limited world scope, which I didn't care for. In the end I was entertained (mainly by the side cast and upgrading weapons) so it was a fun game. Xenoblade Chronicles was way better though.
Now I'm moving on to Telltale's The Walking Dead. So far I'm enjoying it. It's more like watching a game than playing one, but I appreciate the constant barrage of choices to keep me involved.
Star Wars: The Force Unleashed. Grabbed it for cheap and it's fun to just screw around on. It'll provide a nice little distraction until I go back to Bully.
Finished Dishonored. It was quite good.
Have Bioshock Infinite downloading now. Looking forward to it quite a bit.
I can't stop playing Lord of the Rings Online. I've made it my personal goal to get all six of my toons to Rohan before the new expansion this October. So far, I'm halfway there.
Non-MMO games though, Tomb Raider was my most recent. I never planned on playing it. I actually bought it for my wife but when I was testing my system to see if it could handle it, I found that I liked it a lot.
Played a couple hours of Dark Souls and then quit because I didn't like anything about it, but I figure I'll give it another go soon.
Played a bit of La Mulana - that's a truly brutal game like the platformers of old. I can't even beat the first level. xD
Working on Fallout. The first one. It's easily the most fun game I'm playing at the moment.
:doublecolbert:
EDIT: Sweet zombie jesus. Went to play some Bioshock Infinite and the damn thing runs like molasses to a degree I would not have thought possible on my computer. Guess it's an evening of trouble shooting for me. On the plus side, this is literally the second time since I bought my original computer some six or seven years ago that I had to trouble shoot to get a game running. Probably just some out of date graphics drivers though.
EDIT2: Or not. Apparently I have the latest drivers. Beta drivers, here I come.
EDIT3: switched to beta drivers, tried every fix I could find reported on the internet, including manually editing values in the configuration files and not a damn thing is working. Even just plain old running the game on the lowest possible settings made no noticeable difference. I may just try and pick this up again tomorrow morning. As it is I can't for the life of me figure out what the hell is wrong with the damn thing.
Got my 3DS last night and have been having a blast on Fire Emblem Awakening, Super Mario 3D Land, the AR cards, taking 3D pictures and all the little things I'm figuring out about the system.
Of Final Fantasy games : I'm playing FFI, my party always was :
Fighter ( Traditionally I always make him as a leader ).:p
Red Mage ( My favorite class ).:D
Black Mage and White Mage.
I love classic FF series. Garland is great antagonist.:)
Of games in general : I almost beat Spyro the Hero's Tail. Then I plan to start playing The Legend of Spyro trilogy. Sadly, a lot of people complain that the tilogy ruined Spyro's character, but I think those games were awesome. ( I never played them though, only watched walkthrough on Youtube, soundtrack is awesome, especially the ending of the first part and the main theme of the second part.:)
I've been playing a weird mix of Dead Space 3, Brutal Legend, Stacking, VVVVVV, and The Witcher. I just finished 100%ing Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon in a single sitting. I take forever to beat any game, but I tend to crush them out all in a row. A side note, does anyone else on EoFF use or know about the backloggery? This thread seems like the perfect place to bring it up. Here's mine.
I do use Backloggery as of about one year ago although I didn't go back and add all the old games I've played through the years so it's a lot emptier than it should be.
pikestaff's Backloggery
Juggling Hitman Absolution, Dark Souls and FFX. I think I just passed the playing Dark Souls for one year straight mark.
Neverwinter
Castlevania: Symphony of the Night
I am currently at 189% and I have only a few floating water areas to explore. I need some kind of suit to get them I think.
Zelda Ocarina of Time. I have not played this game since I was 6 years old. Very nostalgic. I was tempted to play with a walkthrough but I figure if 6 year old me can do it without one, so can I! I'll just play it next time with a walkthrough.
Shion, you make me feel old xD I was like 14 when that game came out.
smurf people who are younger than us am i rite?
DMC 3, but im tired of it already...
to get any further i have to redo a whole mission. wich is alot of walking and puzzeling and not verry motivating. and at the end is a boss wich im having a hard time with.
if anyone has a savegame for chapter 6, that would be very nice :P
That backlogging thing would make me cry knowing how many of my games i haven't beaten (I blame Steam sales)
On that note I play multiple games at once that way i don't burn myself out on them so these are the ones i am playing: Ni No Kuni, Dead Island: Riptide, Diablo 3(friend got me back into it), League of Legends, Candy Box! (Look it up and enjoy XD), and going through Baldur's gate 2 again with some friends
Neither of those two things is a given though. :p
Been playing through my second run of FEZ (yeah, yeah, Phil Fish is an asshole--don't care. I judge the game, not the creator) though the recently released version of Steam.
I also FINALLY been playing Nintendo Land for my Wii U. I had it since I picked up a Wii U on launch, but I was focused on New Super Mario Bros Wii U at the time, and then other games got my attention.
Just bought Game Dev Tycoon. I had Game Dev Story (by the same developer? I dunno) on my phone, and found it dangerously addicting.
Tycoon is no different. I still have to write progress reports for 50 students, and it's 02:30 the morning they're due. Whoops! :D
Agreed on the art style. I enjoy it because it's a good game just to chill and play. It really relaxes me. I also like some of the more obscure puzzles to figure out. Oh, and that sound track is ****ing excellent. The two recent remix albums are worth a listen if you liked the game's soundtrack.
Right now I'm playing the original Fallout. It's faaaaaantastic.
DBZ Budokai/3 remastered for 360.
I forgot how much I loved these games. :jess:
Okay guys IT'S TIME, TIME FOR CIVILIZATION 4 WITH THE CAVEMAN 2 COSMOS MOD http://i10.photobucket.com/albums/a1...pscd2687d5.gif
Dota 2, I suck so bad....
IT'S AWESOME.
Am now on Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen. God damn, I missed this game. Imma kill some saurians when I get back from work.
"What are you playing right now?"
Look me up in Star Wars: Old Republic playing Jophiel-Darien in Harbinger server.
i dont know what i chose, but when i die in dont have to do the mission all over.
But i got tired of getting my ass whooped so i stopped... so now when i start the game i have to do the whole mission over.
the thing that really demotivates me is that i have to walk from a to z and from z to a etc etc..
Europa Universalis 3 modded with a scenario so I can a.) be Estonia and b.) take over an empty Europe. Rebels are killing me because of some stupid event so I went and, uh, fixed that.
I started Uncharted 3 this week... It's so hard not to smile when playing that game from the acting, the artwork, The natural gameplay (especially during set pieces), the next-gen caliber graphics, and overall just how well-done it is. A lot of the opening doesn't even feel like an Uncharted game, it's so unique.
Still been playing a lot of Fire Emblem and Mario 3D Land on the morning commute and at home.
Be sure to read your purge, starting with the You Suck guide. It can be a lot of work to become a decent dota player, but it's very rewarding to master the depths of it and even if you don't care too much about it, you should still read that guide at the very least (trust me).
When you have a decent handle on the basics you should definitely check out XVRogueGaming, especially his videos on the 3 key roles.
Started playing Ragnarok Online 2. So far, it doesn't really seem to have the charm of the first one, but I do remember that being painfully slow at the beginning my first time around. I guess I'll see how it goes, considering I've been waiting for this game for years and years.
GLORIOUS EESTI IS STRONK

NEXT STOP ALL OF EUROPE :mwahaha:
I just started playing Prototype 2 and Call Of Duty Black Ops 2. But unfortunately the Call Of Duty Black Ops 2 was error.
I am from Estonia!
Pike, what is that game? =o
Atelier Ayesha now that I am done with Kingdom Hearts HD.
I just picked up copies of Metal Marines and Soul Blazer for the SNES off of eBay at a good price. Not new games, but I'm as giddy as a schoolgirl to have these and to be able to play them again.
Eesti on tugev :colbert:
YOUR MOMQuote:
What are you playing right now?
*runs away*
I've been kicking serious butt on FreeCell.
I've never cried at a video game (because who does that?). I cried at the end of The Walking Dead. Everyone should play this game.
I just completed Prototype 2. Although not 100 percent completed, but I just completed a major storyline. And I'm still waiting for Call Of Duty Black Ops 2 to be able to play. :(
Currently doing a youtube run of legacy of kain: defiance! love the series looking forward to doing some final fantasy stuff soon! man I've missed eyes on final fantasy!
I just finished Final Fantasy XIII-2, and getting all 160 Fragments in it (I had almost all before I beat the game, only had about seven left to pick up). I'll probably finish the last two achievements soon. Man, did Square Enix really mess up with that game's story, though.
Now that my internet is working correctly again, back to GW2! Got 100% map completion last night!
Now that I've got a new computer, I've been going through different games I've bought but haven't played yet. What I'm playing right now is:
Dead Space
Star Wars Dark Forces
Prince of Persia (the newer one)
Morrowind
Bastion
I've also been trying out Star Wars: The Old Republic just because I've kind of missed doing an mmo and it's free. I've download Lord of the Rings Online to try out too. I've also downloaded Source Moviemaker (I know, it's not a game) to see if I can figure out how it works and try to create stuff.
Now I started Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 3, because COD Black Ops 2 isn't working. :(
Mana Khemia for the second time, and "Age of Ethanols" - an awesome Touhou RTS (inspired by age of empires, but with hero-units) that has "mushrooms", "alcohol" and "faith" as the 3 main resources.
I have finished Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 3, not 100% complete. But the major storyline is completed. And now start to play Battlefield Bad Company 2, still on instalation though. And still hoping Call Of Duty Black Ops 2 gonna work.
still grinding in dissidia12. finally played ff4 in my psp, I've played it before in the DS. I want to get in 13-2 but my ps3 is busted.
Still plugging away at Strange Journey and having a blast. I also finally got an English translated version of the original Shin Megami Tensei to work on my computer and its been interesting to say the least.
I'm playing swtor most of the time right now. I've also went back and started playing Homeworld an old space rts forgot how good this was. Also just completed FFXIII-2 for the 2nd time, Dark Forces 2:Jedi Knight, Fairy Bloom Freesia a cool cute side scroling fighting game on steam. Also going through the Mass Effect series again.
Majora's Mask. All of the yes.
Now I'm playing Dark Souls haha :) It's reminds me to Skyrim. I can't play Skyrim again, because it's error and I don't know why. :(
Football Manager 2012 - for more details on how you can 'join' this game, see this thread.
i finished dmc 5 ^^ i liked the game, though the boss' could have been harder!
Now ive started Resident Evil: revelations.
i dont know what i expect from the game, and so far i dont know what to think of it jet :P
Smite
I started playing with Odin and it is really epic.
Crimson Gem SaGa, and Radiant Historia.
Alternating between Far Cry 3 and Dragon's Dogma, although my mind keeps thinking about Dark Souls (despite being away for less than a month), so I think I may return to Lordran soon.
Played a fantastic little game yesterday called Waking Mars, it's clever, comfy and a whole lot of fun. Also 75% off on Steam right now. Highly recommended! :D
After being convinced for a long time that I just didn't like Skyrim, I installed a mod to skip the intro and just dove right into the Thieves Guild. I like it significantly better with this playthrough. I'm getting more into the systems I avoided before and focusing more on role playing rather than just knocking out questlines. I feel like the vanilla game really focused too heavily on going straight from quest marker to quest marker, which I think broke my immersion a lot. It helps that the Thieves Guild quest line is pretty fantastic so far.
So there's a new Crusader Kings 2 DLC that lets you play as a viking and let me tell you, this is glorious and delightfully fun and I keep playing it. I'll never finish Fallout as this rate :(
I'm still playing around with the new Tomb Raider, but I just started Majora's Mask.
I picked up Illusion of Gaia for SNES a few weeks ago, and will play that eventually.
I got lucky with agni and rudra, since I played through dark souls before I played this game... I had already beaten Ornstein and Smough on multiple challenge runs in many different ways and A&R are just easy versions of them. It took me 5 or 6 tries, but nothing that was too bad.
Just don't mash buttons too much, and be careful. Use the invincibility frames you get from jumping. Use your guns. Just don't give up and you'll be fine.
OT: Playing Beyond Good and Evil. This game has impressed me in so many ways in my short time of playing. The protagonist, the dialogue, the MUSIC, the level design and difficulty balancing and also the variety of gameplay not bringing the game down. This game is nothing short of amazing.
Games I'll be playing later I picked up with this game:
Devil May Cry 1
God of War 1
Phantom Brave
Bayonetta (got it for my bro whom I visit frequently)
Devil May Cry 4 (My old disc broke so I picked up a new one, again for my bro because I don't have a 360 or PS3 anymore)
Four days and Remember Me well be mine!
ALRIGHT IT'S TIME FOR SUPER NINTENDO
Uniracers
Donkey Kong Country
Super Mario All-Stars
But mostly... Uniracers :kaoclove:
Just played some BF Bad Company 2. Oh I love that game. COuldn't find any servers to play on in CS GO
Lost Odyssey and The Last Story. Picked the latter up at the local comic con on Saturday. So far it is... different.
Lost Odyssey is great, however. :monster:
I've been playing BLACK on my old Xbox, Fallout 1, Fallout 2, Fallout NV on my PC, Grand Turismo 5 & Metal Gear Solid Rising for PS3, FUSE, Battlefield 1943, Battlefield 2 BC-Vietnam DLC, Battlefield 3, Halo Wars, Halo 4 & FarCry3 on the 360. I tend to play more than I can list in a week. 8+ hours six days a week on average. FUSE is my lastest game, I plan on getting Defiance for my X360 soon.
I also just started playing Diablo 3. Considering D2 was one of my all time favourite games it's amazing I waited this long before buying it.
Path of Exile is a really nice game too if you love Diablo 2. The customization is amazing. And the best part is that it is free.
Path of Exile
OT:
I dived back into Aion, it is good to see my legion mates again.
On PS1 I am playing Valkyrie Profile.
Taking a break from MegaTen (before burn out sets in) to try to push through and finish MGS: Peace Walker, I'm in Chapter 5, which is titled Outer Heaven but should be retitled, Side Mission Hell...
BC2 is so much fun. It makes me sad that Origin sucks so hard. Every time I go to play it, I end up having to reinstall the whole game because the patches won't apply.
We're really close to beating Kingdom Hearts! I'm going to push for Psychonauts afterwards, because I think she'll love it - she thought the story and dialog in Brutal Legend was hilarious, but I really disliked the gameplay at the end, so I didn't beat the final boss.
I'm debating between FFXII and Suikoden III. I'm leaning towards Suikoden III.
Been Playing Remember Me, and I must say I am pleased. There are some pretty obvious problems, but none of them are so big to ruin the game.
Where the game excels is Atmoshpere and Characters. Nilin is a wonderful lead, and here is why. She is pretty bad ass and damn good at what she does, but where she shines is it's clear she's not perfect at it. Often the progress involves her slipping up, miscalculating something, and at times even getting scared by some of the crazy trout happening. Still though, she pulls herself together and fights through her fears and injuries. The whole time you actually feel like somethings at steak, and it is wonderful.
I've not finished it yet, though I suspect I'd end the game giving it an 8/10 Score.
counting down: 9 days till im picking up my special edition of The Last o Us!!
I finally got around to playing The Last Story after months of it sitting on my shelf untouched. It is a decent game, though the story and characters are fairly lackluster (the main character and the main lady are both very, very stupid.) The battle system is decent, though frustrating at times. The boss fights, at least thusfar, are extremely boring and gimmicky though I am not sure if they are intended that way as a means of introducing the player to the systems. (SPOILER)I just finished the Gurak base invasion bit Hopefully the game picks up soon because as it stands, I do not see what much of the hype was about.
Pandora's Tower should get here on Friday and I will play that after finishing Last Story. Still trying to find a copy of Xenoblade Chronicles.
I'm debating on starting in on Chrono Trigger. I had it on my mom's laptop via a psx emulator back in Texas. I have it downloaded on the PS3 now, just haven't started yet.
I really wish they'd release Tales of Destiny & Lunar: Silver Star Story for PS3. I rather liked ToD.
I'd also like to get Threads of Fate. I played a demo of it a long time ago.
But. I'm playing Restaurant Story on my cell phone. It rather drives me nuts. I fill up my buffet table with 30,000 plates of food and turn the game off... 30 minutes later, all my food is gone. GONE I TELL YOU! And then I have to spend another 85 hrs getting my buffet filled up again. It's very frustrating.
Still happily playing the new CK2 expac. Did I mention you get to be a viking? Cause you get to be a viking. I'm also really liking the revamped tech method.
The Finale is finally here. Penny Arcade's: On the Rainslick Precipice of Darkness 4.
However, I have the same problem with this as all the other games, great as they are. There is no grinding. There are a few unnescessary enemies to fight in each dungeon, yes, but no respawns or anything. And I really like grinding. :(
Picked up Saints Row The Third on offer on Steam so been playing that with a friend. It's pretty silly but a lot of fun too.
I started playing Mass Effect again, just awesome. This run will be full Renegade.
Just started the Walking Dead. Wow. All of my feels and I'm only through episode one.
Getting ready to wrap up FFV. I have to go get a few summons, the last job, and then go smack Exdeath around.
...I got the PC version of FFVII for like 5 bucks a few weeks back when it was on sale. Thinking about playing that next.
I'm replaying Skyrim for the umpteenth time. I'm also on my 6th playthrough of Persona 4. That game is too good to exist.
Been playing some Hotline Miami. Beautiful senseless ultraviolence.
Also playing multiplayer CK2 which I finally got working for the first time ever
I happen to also have been playing some CK2 multi. What a coincidence :o
Plus Skyrim and Just Cause 2.
Just played the training and a quick match of Tribes: Ascend, so far it's pretty fun!
Abuh buh buh buh
Animal Crossing, brah! And FFXI simultaneously. It's not going too smoothly on the FFXI end, haha
Played FreeCell and Solitaire on my phone until I fell asleep last night. xD
Bejeweled Blitz on facebook.
