Nintendo Counts Down to Super Smash Bros. Brawl

Ike is soooooo the Fire Emblem character I wanted! I can solo the entire Fire Emblem game with him on difficult, by far the best main EVER in fire emblem lol

Let's just hope they don't introduce another character from any game that uses a Lance, or Ike is screwed.

Which FE game is Ike from?

Path of Radiance, Gamecube. A game American people might be familiar with.

I'm saddened though, as this may mean the loss of Marth (and Roy). I mean, Marth and Roy are the reason we even have Fire Emblem games in English now.

I'm guessing tomorrow's update will be Kirby's final smash, Ike's moveset or an assist trophy.

I highly doubt that Marth will be cut. The castle stage seen in the trailers bears the same flag as the enemy's flag in the two games Marth was in, and the anime.

Just hope Marth don't get cut since many people use him more than Roy.

Based on the "Warning! Challenger Approaching!" sign above the update I'm guessing Ike is a secret character in Super Smash Bros. Brawl.

Yeah. I also really hope Marth and Roy makes it in (although I want Marth to be back in more than Roy). And even if Marth is in the Japan Only Fire Emblem games he is the central character of the Fire Emblem series like you said Kentarou. And he is the only character to star in more than 1 Fire Emblem game.

I'm so sad they must not cut Roy! Marth was too strong it was too easy too cheap being him. I'm disapointed in you Evastio why must I love those that hurt me!

So that's why you don't like Marth as much as Roy. Well, that's understandable.

They most likely won't be removing Roy from Super Smash Bros. Brawl because he's no longer a Japan Only character.

The new Fire Emblem stage looks pretty sweet.

What's underground I wonder...Death traps?! Or weapons like cannons and gunpowder with fire nearby..

I like the fact that the stage is not from a a specific Fire Emblem game.
