I believe it depends on the lv. I tried to kill him from one of my saves and it came out to be in the neighborhood of 260000. Therefore this doesn't fit any of the other answers except C and D. So I'll go with C.
for each lv 99 character increases hp, and using kotr on either jenova synthesis or bizarro(cant remember) does too.
