I don't care about avatar sizes, so long as they move. In awesome ways.

Almost all of the 60x60 avatars here are resized screenshots. It's the shrinking down to a lesser quality that strains the eyes. The only resizing I did to my avatar was the filesize!

It tells me that he wouldn't've won Best Avatar Ciddie if the limit had been 60x60, leeza 8)

also, NeoCracker, this is how you calculate it:
New Area - Old Area = 6400-3600 = 2800
Difference in Area Divided by Old Area = 2800/3600 = .77
