Simple. There are no bosses in the underworld. Its a trick question. The underworld is a metaphor for our lives in which we cannot seem to grasp the fact we live in a real world. So here in lies the answer. 0 bosses are defeated. We merely assume its an underworld because the game TELLS us its an underworld, but in all actuality its an "over" world just like the rest.
