Will Garland be able to turn into Chaos and will Riku be able to turn into his darker form?

For now, 2000 on Riku.
Hahahahaha no.
Riku has dark form, Garland does not have Chaos form because it's a different being that takes him over and it was Garland that was voted in, not Chaos. Had Chaos been voted it, it probably would have started as Garland and then changed to Chaos.

1,000 on Garland, I think he'll lose cause people think Riku is awesome, but I can't stand him so he will never get my vote.

Edit: Finally decided to make a battlefield too. Let me know if you want me to change a few things before approving it, Void. I was not sure what scale exactly was considered small, so feel free to tweak the proportions.
Name:
Crystal Shrine
Game:
Final Fantasy IV
Location:
Summit of Mount Ordeals
Description:
Situated on the submit of Mount Ordeal, the sacred Crystal Shrine is a small rectangular room, about 30 feet wide, 45 feet long, and about 40 feet high. It gets its name from the walls, which were magically created from clear, mirror-like crystal, which shimmer with a pale blue aura. There is only one exit, to the south, down a small staircase.
Stage Specifics:
The ground of the Crystal Shrine is completely flat, and there are two rows of crystal columns supporting the arched ceiling, offering opponents a place to hide or protect themselves. The door magically seals itself shut once the fight begins. Aside from the crystal's shimmering, there is no other light source in the shrine, thus making the room pretty dark aside from the areas near the walls and pillars. Since it is considered a holy place, holy-based magic has an advantage here, and darkness-based magic and the undead have a serious disadvantage.
Good for:
Tactic-oriented fighters
Subtle and/or sneaky fighters
Magic users (especially if they use Holy-based spells)
Bad for:
Action-oriented fighters
Undead fighters
Darkness-based spell casters.

Name:
Fanatic's Tower Rooftop
Game:
Final Fantasy VI
Location:
Rooftop of the Fanatics Tower
Description:
The Fanatic's Tower sits in the center of a rough circle of mountains, and is only accessable from the air. The outer staircase that winds up the side seems to go on forever, finally ending at a relatively small flat rooftop with a closet-sized room in the middle. The edges of the roof around the center room only extend to about a 15 feet radius making it difficult for larger combatants to stay atop. The top of the middle room is also flat and extends rectangularly to about 20 x 30 feet. Both the top of the middle room and the edge of the main roof platform have no safety borders making it especially precarious for combat. The roof and room are made of an indestructable material.
Stage Specifics:
The Fanatic's Tower is surrounded by a debilitating aura that prevents those on or around from being able to do any physical harm to their opponent. The rooftop is incredibly high above the ground making any fall most definitely fatal. When the match begins the staircase magically sinks into the tower stranding the combatants atop until the match is finished.
Good for:
Small, nimble combatants
Magic users
Flying combatants
Bad for:
Large, unstable combatants
Non-magic users
The two contestants were warped into the Viper’s Aerie, one at either end of the narrow platform. One was man covered in dark blue armour, large horns extending from his helmet. He held a sword in his hand and his eyes were focused on his opponent, a young teenager with grey hair that just went to his shoulders. He wore a yellow, sleeveless shirt and baggy, blue pants which were suspended on. In his hand was a red and blue blade which looked much like a wing of sorts.
“The next match will be between Garland and Riku! Begin!”
The two contestants stared at each other for a moment then simultaneously rushed forward along the platform. The strong wind blew the hair from Riku’s face and he found himself trying to run in a strait line. Garland was having less trouble, his large body fighting the wind much better. When the two fighters met the both swung their swords, the two blades clanged together and Riku was forced to draw back a bit due to the power behind his opponents blow. He started to step backwards but it was at that moment that the unpredictable winds of the Viper’s Aerie decided to change. The force of the wind was now behind Garland and Riku was thrown backwards along the platform, skidding 3 metres on his backside. Garland started rushing forward, much faster with the winds help and was upon Riku before the boy could recover. Garland swung his sword in an arc and when the gales caught it on the 90 degree angle it started heading downward at a very powerful speed. Riku managed to roll to one side and the sword only clanged onto the floor, adding another mark on the platform.
Riku mustered up some strength and rocked back onto his shoulders. Then he launched his feet strait at Garland, but was once again foiled by the wind. It took most of his leap’s force away and he ended up staring strait into Garland’s smirking face. But Riku only had a moment to stare until Garland brought his fist into Riku’s nose, causing Riku to, once again, stumble backwards, blood dripping from his nostrils. Garland started to advance but stopped when he saw what was happening. A dark purple light was emanating from Riku and was becoming more and more visible. Suddenly, the light flashed and when it had dimmed Riku was standing in a completely new outfit with a black and purple keyblade in his free hand. There was a costume of the same colour on him now and it looked like it was made from tendrils of darkness. It crept all the way from Riku’s neck to his feet.
Garland scowled but continued to walk forward. Riku didn’t wait until garland was in range to attack though. He drew back his keyblade and with a new found power threw it strait into the wind. Garland barely had time to view the spinning blur before it was upon him, but luckily it missed him by what would have been no more than an inch. He blinked himself back into reality and then continued his advance, the smirk back on his face. But he had taken no more that 4 steps before the keyblade, pushed back like a boomerang from the force of the wind, hit him strait in the back and passed through his body, spinning his blood all over the arena. Riku snatched the keyblade out of the air and walked over to the end of the platform, his clothes changing as hid did.
The mages, caught by surprise rushed out and began trying to undo the teenagers handiwork.
