First off, I really like your drawing. It's very very good. :) And it's of Freya, which makes it even better. I think you picked a good background for the banner, but I would suggest making it have a thin dark grey/light grey/black border and I would suggest a font that kinda suits it more. But other than that, good! 8/10. :)
You've got pink in your theme, and I'm afraid that's gonna hurt you. Other than that it's simple and elegant, which is big in my book. I'm going to go with an 8/10 (-2 for pink).
Avatar - Just plain awesome. I saw that at this gig I went too as inbetween bands it showed random images and the image used as your avatar was used. I loled and thought "lol EoFF" 9/10
Signature - 10/10. Its just so awesome, its eyecatching and amusing! ^_^
Avatar- Kinda weird...I don't really know what it is...but it's energetic, so, meh. 4/5.

Oh wow, this sig is totally freaking me out here! Specially the girl. I take it the character s from a fighting game, which I dont know. I love the images chosen, they have been placed well in the sig. And I love signatures coming out of the sig (if you get me!), they have always been my fav and they can be a pain to make, so well done!
