I'm going to venture a guess and say it's the Rusty Sword, found by turning right at the Cavern of the Stolen Fayth.

Either Indomitable or one of the Genji equipments.

It's not Lionheart, Indominable, any armor, and the number of slots doesn't matter per se. Also the Rusty Sword has already been guessed.

When you say "If you can find the power to fly" do you mean the airship?

And you said that al-bhed_kid0827 was closest on his guess of the Sword of Mi'ihen, and I remember Wakka saying something about a
Lord O'Holland? Did he have a weapon?

It's not Excalibur or Lord O'Holland's sword. The Power to Fly refers to the item needed to customize one.

Roland does not appear in the game, just his weapon.

A chocobe feather/wing perhaps?

is it break HP limit. (i think you use wings to discovery to customize it).

Fantasy Lover, you are partially correct. The customizing item is Wings to Discovery, but the answer is a weapon, not armor.
