I'm not surprised in the slightest.
At first, I thought this show wouldn't really interest me. I didn't think any show with such a ludicrous title could be interesting.
Then I watched an episode.
It's funny, the show seems to be extremely popular among teenage males, rather than little girls.
I think it's because there are multiple ways to appreciate the show so it's easy for everyone to find at least one reason to like it. Whether it's because of the animation, the charm, the cuteness, or heck, because it's Pony Waifus: The Show.Quote:

I figured the exact same thing when I saw the title. A lot of people I knew were going bonkers over it and I was like "Whaaat" (since I really hate girly things) and then I watched several episodes and was hooked instantly. Teaches you the lesson you can't judge a book by its cover, eh?Quote:
