That is most definitely a reflection of a person! As you can see the outline of the billboard right through the sleeve! (I'm assuming that is a billboard, ok?) So that person can't be outside the window.

That is clearly the semi transparent reflection of the room and open doorway projected onto the window! The person is outside.

Furthermore, there is no billboard!
