EoFF GeoGuessr Play Thread!

I have two candidate locations so far. Unfortunately they're on opposite sides of the world...

EDIT: Even more unfortunately, I've eliminated both.

Very late to this show but just wanna say that this is a cracking game. I, like Formy, assumed we had to go and take the pictures ourselves, so never submitted any. If I'd known we could have used old pics, I might've! But no bigggie. :)

Who...the...hell...submits... ONE PHOTO.

Okay, I really have no good idea based on the pic alone so here we go with some convoluted logic instead: (SPOILER)Firstly, I'd say at a guess that most members are American, so just for the sake of pure statistics I'll guess this is in the US. I don't recognize any buildings or landmarks but it seems like a decent sized city and the trees give me an east coast vibe. But since that's about all I've got, time to pick a city in the eastern US at random. I'll try and hedge my bets a bit and go with New York. I've watched enough Law & Order to know it's not, but I don't want to go too far north or south on this one.

I have decided that since there was only one pic for this round, I will be knocking off half of this rounds points on your guess.

Guess submitted.

And wow does my guess not resemble ANYBODY else's.

I hope my guess is in the right half of the world and not the wrong half because these guesses are all over the place

I almost guessed Moscow, Mexico City, and Singapore before settling on my guess (none of the above). You don't get much more scattershot than that.

I'm still exploring possibilities, but I'm afraid I'll be opposite of the world and that I'll have to say smurf it to the game because of that round. It's not even high-res enough to make out the logo on the building.

I dunno how this game works so I'm just going to put my answer in a spoiler tag here even if I'm not allowed to participate and those aren't the rules.
