I want to thank everyone involved in the Elections for making this the best EoFF Elections ever. We had record participation and some great fun. New and less-known members were able to take the stage while some of the most popular members also contributed positively. We managed to exceed the quality of last year's elections, which was no easy task. I don't know if I'll run the 2006 elections, but if I do then I have quite a challenge ahead.

Two requests: remember the fun you had during these election when the time comes to discuss the best events of the year. also, vote eestlinc in the screen name tournament! :D

What happenes if there is vote splitting between EB and yourself?

Yay. Of course, I was already convinced that I would win as of a week ago. :)

I only know of a few people who voted straight #eoff, and I'm not one of them.

I could tell you how many people voted straight ticket from each party, but no. I will say BAotW had the most, but #eoff had a good number as well.

Is that by sheer number, or percent?

BAotW had about 20 straight ticket ballots. #eoff had maybe 12. Ace had 6 or 7 I think.

How many did the Elitist Party have?

oh, they had 25 but we won't speak of that.

You don't mention the bloody hard work a certain party leader had to put in to get those 20 straight ticket votes :p

An utter shambles. First off, the mere fact that I didn't win Feedback and Doomy didn't win Xenogears, despite that we are the most important parts of those forums, portrays the utter lack of sense by the voters. *smacks the lot of you*

I am convinced an oligarchy is the best way to run a society. Good job, #eoff. Because if you didn't win, then democracy would happen. And that just can't happen.
