Um, JT, IP doesn't exactly prove much. They are extremely easy to either mask or scramble.

Hell, reseting a router could change your IP.

Oh, its the OUtgoing it doesn't change. I though it was the other way around.

Either way, it's supposedly simple enough to mask. Unless there is an easy way around that I don't know about.
