He cannot Eat me, so long as I have above critical health! As per my Life Drain, I am invulnerable!
You don't seem to get it, health doesn't matter when he'll just eat you in one bite and possibly swallow you whole.
Life Drain also has the wonderful property of being a Base with a pH of 17.
Eat can't be used on targets with high health.
