Just for the record, saying that allowing 80x80 pixel avatars automatically results in more animated .gif images is complete rubbish. If anything, it would be easier to make an animated .gif at 60x60 because you would have more file space to work with, relatively speaking.

80x80 doesn't make more animated images, it just makes the animated ones larger, more visible, and more obnoxious. That's all.
