Zombieland. Epic 5/5.
Coraline. Great movie, I loved it. Sweet and creepy, and a lot of it—Bobinsky in particular—reminded me of Zelda: OoT.
Creepshow. Decent 80's horror fun. Leslie Neilsen is actually a good actor when he isn't typecast into silly comedy roles.
Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas Wonderful film. Love the animation and story. Alas, poor Jack Skellington shouldn't have messed with something like Christmas.
A Tale of Two Sisters
It took a very long time to get moving, though the payoff for all of that painstaking build-up was something that I really never saw coming. Not a great horror film, but its plot was interesting (once it got moving) and the atmosphere was thick.
Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance. Park Chan-wook is a wonderful man.
Rob Zombie's Halloween 2. Much better than I expected 3/5.
Monsters Vs Aliens
Awesome movie. Steven Colbert as the president was the best part. Especially when he started playing Axel F. Great movie 4/5
Zombieland. Pretty funny.
Julie & Julia.
I thought it was delightful. Meryl Streep was absolutely wonderful in it, and Amy Adams was lovely too. An enjoyable feel-good movie that made me feel like blogging and cooking xD
EDIT: - and earlier today I watched Tales From Earthsea. I thought it was pretty good. Nowhere near Miyazaki Senior's work, but still enjoyable.
star trek
it was good!
What Ever Happened to Baby Jane?
smurfing awesome. The end was smurfed.
edit: oh @necro, Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance is soooo good. Electrocution scene D:
I just saw Zombieland and I thought it was great. I was laughing throughout most of the movie.
Drag me to Hell - A perfect horror movie. But fricken disgusting.
Kairo. Extremely well made horror film. Although slightly more depressing than your standard horror film. Dunno if I'm keen to watch it again any time soon.
