Hm, is the answer on one disk or on several - that is, the first form?
Several.
Gosh darn.
There I am, at a distance
in the calm after perilous chase
There I come, to assistance
the argenteous danger to face
The first stanza makes me think the character comes to the party's rescue at some point. One of the clues says the answer is only seen twice in its first form. This makes me think that their entrances and exits are story related, otherwise you would be able to visit them repeatedly.
Spoken of with filial pride
when yearned for man returned
Spoken of no more; I hide
in dual infinity turned
The only thing I'm getting from this is that the answer must be a parent or parental figure.
I have :bou::bou::bou::bou: all reasoning but I'm going to toss out Alleyway Jack/Gilgamesh. Because my own investigations yielded nothing xD
It's not Gilgamesh, sorry. Don't get stuck on thinking it's necessarily a character! ;)
Is it Mog? Or Madeen?
Nope. Remember that the answer is nothing living.
Hilda Garde I
Not Hilda Garde, but I think you're getting closer in your thinking if you're thinking the way I think you're thinking. I think.
The Invincible?
Not the Invincible.
alexander
Nope.
Blue Narcassia?
Not the Blue Narciss.
