Holy crap. I can fly to Australia pretty easily, y'know? And I have one month off work... :shifty:
Oh my good lord Locky and Pheesh... when I get round to visiting Australia I'm staying with you two, hope that's OK?
EoFF Pheesh and Locky's Place Meetup 2015?
Everyone is more than welcome to visit! ;)
Aww, you guys
Anyway, continuing with our thread takeover, here are the sliders from last night. Finally got to use one of the four gourmet bbq sauces I got for Christmas on this dish, I went with the honey chipotle because it had the nicest spicy kick to it. Also on the slider is a red cabbage and fennel salad, apple, a homemade lime mayo and some oak smoked cheddar. Was pretty dang good.

I made some cheeseburger meat balls the other night. They were yummy
Tonight we had a chilli, basil, and lime roasted chicken breast with a mozzarella and Orange salad! Was like a home made, healthy nandos!
I made these Paleo pancakes for breakfast.
Just mashed banana mixed with 2 eggs (per serving), pour half into a skillet & add blueberries & lemon & cook like a regular pancake!
I also did a blueberry compote/reduction/syrup thing to go on top, but because sugar isn't allowed, it wound up being quite tart. Was still really yummy. My bf loved it.
And I've got a paleo lasagna going in my crock pot.. With a mix of lean ground beef & turkey, cremini mushrooms, spinach, and lots of basil, onion, garlic, and some other stuff. Used sliced eggplant for noodles and did homemade marinara and all that.
I've been stuffing eggshell noodles, cheeseburgers, and chocolate pudding in my face and I'm still losing weight. I'm starting to suspect my scale...
Muesli for breakfast, spicy chicken salad with yummy homemade guacamole. Bloomy lovely. Probably doing fajitas for dinner in a few hours. Am about to eat an afternoon snack of yoghurt with nuts and fruit. :)

Fish and Chips anyone?
That's Salmon and Sweet Potato chips served with sour cream and chive dip and carmelised red onions (the sweet potatoes were the only item cooked in any oil but all of this was cooked in a frying pan)
I have a flank steak marinating.
Tomorrow is cheat day! I'm doing spicy black beans, Mexican rice, carne asada tacos, and chicken tortilla soup with some spicy salsas!
And homemade cheese dip!
How is that possibly a cheat day? That sounds amazing! xD
Because my bf & I are doing Paleo and things like tortillas, added salt, beans, rice/grains, and dairy aren't allowed
I could still do carne asada & salsas & stuff, but sup out corn tortillas for bibb lettuce.
