Yah, I work out everyday. Seriously. I've been working out for one hour for the last month. I think I'm starting to get a bit of muscle. The protien whey I'm taking is really helping my muscles develop faster.

I think the person in James' pics is a girl, considering she looks like a girl and the caption says "Mmm, Meghan". And considering Meghan is generally a girl's name, I can only assume that the person in the pictures is a girl.
